This robust olive oil is fruity and green with a beautiful peppery finish. It is a fabulous extra virgin olive oil for dipping and drizzling. Nobleza del Sur is located in the heart of Andalucia outside the world heritage city of Úbeda on fertile land close to the Guadalimar river which enjoys a unique continental Mediterranean microclimate. The farm has been farming in the region since 1640 and consists of olive trees, Production is limited to just litres per year and always sells out.
Nobleza del Sur’s output is made with early harvest olives and Eco Day is one of the first oils to be bottled after each harvest. This means it is a high polyphenol olive oils with lots of green, fresh notes

Process: This premium extra virgin olive oil is made from olives milled within a few hours of being picked. As per best practice, the olives are milled mechanically and temperatures never go above 27 degrees. No chemicals are used at any stage of the process.

Agriculture: 3,000 hectares in total, farmed. The farm consists of 230 hectares of olive groves and 150 hectares of pastures and Mediterranean forest.

The farm focuses on regenerative practices and has been a member of Olivares Vivos for 15 years, an organisation which works to recover and preserve the biodiversity of olive groves. This is a sustainably sourced olive oil.
