This robust olive oil is fruity and green with herbaceous notes and a beautiful peppery finish. It is a fabulous extra virgin olive oil for dipping and drizzling and enhances any tomato dish.
Nobleza del Sur is located in the heart of Andalucia outside the world heritage city of Úbeda on fertile land close to the Guadalimar river which enjoys a unique continental Mediterranean microclimate. The family has been farming in the region since 1640. Production is limited and always sells out.
Centenarium is an early harvest olive oil and one of the first oils to be bottled after each harvest. This means it is a high polyphenol olive oil with lots of green, fresh notes.

Process: This premium extra virgin olive oil is made from olives milled within a few hours of being picked. As per best practice, the olives are milled mechanically and temperatures never go above 27 degrees. No chemicals are used at any stage of the process.
