Pagos de Toral

This premium Spanish olive oil comes from Jaen, Andalucía where maker Maria José Toral and her husband Félix Ruiz Pérez work their farm and produce this early harvest olive oil that is one of our best olive oils for dipping and drizzling.

Pagos de Toral’s output is extremely limited and just 2,500 bottles are produced each year. The early harvest olives used to make this oil are collected over a single day and night and milled immediately to ensure quality and a high polyphenol olive oil that is green, fresh and packed with flavour.
