This robust olive oil is fruity and green with a beautiful peppery finish. It is a fabulous extra virgin olive oil for dipping and drizzling.

Origin: DO Sierra Mágina - Jaén.
Process: This premium extra virgin olive oil is obtained directly from mechanical means and temperatures never go above 27 degrees during the process, and no chemicals are used at any stage of the process. It has 0.10% acidity.
Olives are milled within a few hours of being picked.
This olive oil is filtered.
Agriculture: 3,000 hectares in total, farmed. The farm consists of 230 hectares of olive groves and 150 hectares of pastures and Mediterranean forest.
Sustainability: Excellent. This sustainably sourced olive oil supports biodiversity.
The farm focuses on regenerative practices and has been a member of Olivares Vivos for 15 years, an organisation which works to recover and preserve the biodiversity of olive groves. This is a sustainably sourced olive oil.
