This delicate olive oil is fruity and green with a great balance of bitter and spicy notes. It is a fabulous extra virgin olive oil drizzling on leafy salads and lighter dishes like fish.
Nobleza del Sur is located in the heart of Andalucia outside the world heritage city of Úbeda on fertile land close to the Guadalimar river which enjoys a unique continental Mediterranean microclimate. The farm has been farming in the region since 1640
Nobleza del Sur’s output is made with early harvest olives and 1640 Arbequina is an early harvest olive oil. This means it is a high polyphenol olive oils with green, fresh notes

Process: This premium extra virgin olive oil is made from olives milled within a few hours of being picked. As per best practice, the olives are milled mechanically and temperatures never go above 27 degrees. No chemicals are used at any stage of the process.
