This fruity olive oil is robust and green with a lovely peppery finish. It is a great organic extra virgin olive oil for dipping and drizzling but it’s also perfect for frying and cooking.
Nobleza del Sur is located in the heart of Andalucia outside the world heritage city of Úbeda on fertile land close to the Guadalimar river which enjoys a unique continental Mediterranean microclimate. The farm has been farming in the region since 1640.
Nobleza del Sur’s output is made with early harvest olives and 1640 Organic is a great value early harvest olive oil. This means it is a high polyphenol olive oil with green, fresh notes.

Process: This premium extra virgin olive oil is made from olives milled within a few hours of being picked. As per best practice, the olives are milled mechanically and temperatures never go above 27 degrees. No chemicals are used at any stage of the process.
