This medium robust olive oil is fruity and green with a beautiful peppery finish. It is a great extra virgin olive oil for dipping and drizzling as well as cooking and baking.

Nobleza del Sur is located in the heart of Andalucia outside the world heritage city of Úbeda on fertile land close to the Guadalimar river which enjoys a unique continental Mediterranean microclimate. The farm has been farming in the region since 1640.

Nobleza del Sur’s output is made with early harvest olives and 1640 Picual is a high polyphenol olive oils with green, fresh notes

Process: This premium extra virgin olive oil is made from olives milled within a few hours of being picked. As per best practice, the olives are milled mechanically and temperatures never go above 27 degrees. No chemicals are used at any stage of the process.

Nobleza del Sur have been producing olive oil in Andalucia since 1640 on fertile land close to the Guadalimar river which enjoys a unique continental Mediterranean microclimate. 12 generations later, Lola Sagra manages the farm and each year produces some of the most award-winning olive oils in the world. Lola’s obsession with quality begins in the groves and she passionately believes that biodiversity and soil health are the foundation of a good harvest.
